How do I import my old Origins Guard account?

After creating a new Origins Guard account and successfully logging in you can import your old bans from your old account. (Click here to learn how to setup a new account).

To import the bans from your old account, click ‘Ban List’ and then the ‘Take bans from selected server’ button in the Origins Guard website.

- Enter your old user guard name in to the ‘Guard User:’ text box.

- Enter your old server IP in to the Server IP: text box.

- Enter your old server port in to the Server Port: text box.

If your old server was correctly configured and connected to the Origins Cloud you will be notified of how many bans were imported and how many where skipped because they already exist in your ban list or are globally banned.

Note: Unfortunately other data such as Admin Cam users and players that you have unbanned on your server cannot be imported and you will have to set that up again, please follow the following links to learn how:

Adding admins to Admin Cam (The max number of admins has been increased to 5)
